Unauthorized copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without our consent is prohibited. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent activities, hacking, or misuse of our website.

4. Booking and Payment Policy

4.1 Booking Process- All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Payment Terms Payment- must be made as per the specified package plan. We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other approved payment methods. Full payment or an advance as per the package policy is required to confirm the booking.

4.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy- Cancellation policies vary based on the specific package booked. Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Any refund amount will be credited through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Travel and Service Conditions

5.1 Travel Documents- Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification and travel documents, including Aadhar Card, Passport (if required), Visa (for international trips), etc. The company is not responsible for denied boarding or travel due to insufficient documentation.

5.2 Health and Safety- Customers must ensure they are medically fit for travel. The company is not liable for health-related issues, accidents, or injuries during the tour.

5.3 Accommodation and Transport- Hotel accommodations are provided as per the package category (Standard, Deluxe, or Luxury). Room availability is subject to hotel policies. Transport services, including cabs and helicopters, are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational feasibility.

6. Liability and Disclaimer- Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, guides, etc.). We are not liable for any losses, injuries, or accidents during the tour. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. Technical issues may arise due to third-party service providers. The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Intellectual Property- Rights All content, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into between Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. ("We", "Us", "Our") and you, the property owner or authorized representative (the "Vendor" or "Property Owner"). By registering your property with us and submitting this form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before listing your property on our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms By submitting your property details to Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Agreement. These terms apply to all vendors who wish to list their properties on our website, platforms, or third-party marketing channels affiliated with us.

2. Property Listing As a Vendor, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your property. This includes: Property Details: Name, location, property description, room inventory, facilities, amenities, and pricing. Photographs and Media: High-quality images, videos, and any promotional material related to your property. You grant Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. the right to use these media to promote your property across our website and other marketing channels. Policies: Clear and detailed information on your cancellation policy, refund policy, and any other booking-related terms. You must ensure that all content submitted to us, including text, images, and media, complies with applicable copyright laws. You must have the legal right to share any media or content that you provide.

3. Commission and Fees For each booking made through our platform, Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. will charge a commission or fee, which will be specified during the property registration process. The commission structure is subject to change, and you will be notified in advance of any changes. Commission: The commission rate will be based on the type of property, room rates, and promotional packages. Payment: Payments for bookings will be made after the guest has checked in, and will be processed based on the payment schedule detailed in your agreement with us. We will transfer payments via the agreed-upon method (e.g., bank transfer). Additional Fees: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges applicable to your property that arise from booking transactions.

4. Booking and Cancellations Booking Process: All bookings made through our platform are subject to the Vendor’s availability. You agree to honor confirmed bookings and provide the services and amenities as listed on our platform. Confirmation of Bookings: Once a booking is confirmed, you are expected to promptly update your availability and pricing on the platform to avoid overbooking. Cancellations by Guests: You must have a clear and transparent cancellation policy displayed on your listing page. Cancellations made by guests must be handled according to the policy you set and communicated to Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd.. Cancellations by Vendor: In the event that you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. as soon as possible. Cancellations by the Vendor are subject to penalties and may impact your listing on our platform. Refunds: Any refund requests must be processed according to your cancellation policy. Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. will assist in the process if necessary but is not liable for refund amounts.

5. Vendor Obligations As a Vendor, you are responsible for: Property Maintenance: Ensuring that your property meets the standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort as advertised. You must maintain your property in a good condition and address any guest complaints promptly. Service Quality: Providing a high standard of service, including meeting the expectations set by the information on our platform (e.g., amenities, room cleanliness, etc.). Compliance: Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety standards, building codes, and hospitality licensing requirements. Guest Experience: Ensuring that guests have a comfortable and satisfactory experience during their stay. You are responsible for addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

6. Intellectual Property Content Ownership: You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to your property’s name, images, logos, and any other media shared with Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd.. However, by submitting your content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content for the purpose of marketing and promoting your property. Content Use: Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to use your property’s images, description, and other media across its website, social media channels, and any third-party sites used for promoting your listing.

7. Liability and Insurance Vendor Liability: You are responsible for the safety and well-being of guests while they are on your property. Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur at your property. Insurance: You are required to maintain appropriate liability insurance, property insurance, and any other necessary coverage for your accommodation. This includes coverage for guest injuries, property damage, and any other incidents related to your property’s operation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection Guest Data: As a Vendor, you must comply with privacy laws and regulations regarding the collection, use, and storage of guest data, including names, contact details, and payment information. Data Protection: You agree to handle guest data in a secure and confidential manner, ensuring that it is protected against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

9. Termination of Agreement Termination by Vendor: You may terminate this agreement by providing written notice to Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd.. Upon termination, your property will be removed from our platform within a reasonable period. **Termination by **Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd.****: We reserve the right to terminate this agreement if you violate any of the terms outlined in this Agreement, including failure to maintain the standards of your listing or engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices. In such cases, your listing will be removed from the platform. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, any outstanding payments for confirmed bookings will still be processed, and you must honor any remaining bookings.

You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

By registering and listing your transport services with us, you agree to comply with these Terms fully and in good faith. 1. Eligibility and Registration Requirements To become an approved transport vendor with Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd., you must meet the following criteria: You must be a legally registered business entity or an individual authorized to operate commercial transportation services in India.You must possess valid licenses, permits, and documentation required under local, state, and national transport regulations.All vehicles listed under your service must be roadworthy, insured, and regularly maintained to meet safety and cleanliness standards.All drivers provided must hold valid commercial driving licenses, proper identification, and background verification.The vendor or authorized representative must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.We reserve the right to verify any information provided. Any misrepresentation or failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in rejection or suspension from our vendor network.

2. Vendor Registration and Verification To ensure quality and reliability, every transport vendor must complete the Vendor Registration Form with accurate and verifiable details, including: Business name, address, and contact information.Type and size of fleet, including vehicle categories and capacities.Pricing details for high and low seasons.Service locations, routes, and operation hours.Our team may request additional documents, such as: Vehicle registration certificates and insurance copies.Driver ID proofs and license copies.Trade license or GST registration certificate.All information provided will be reviewed and verified by our compliance team before your listing is approved. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your vendor account.

4. Use of Vendor Information and Media By submitting your information, you authorize Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. to: Publish and use your company name, service details, and images on our website and associated platforms.Share your details across verified marketing and promotional networks to attract potential customers.Edit or format descriptions, photos, or other content for readability and branding consistency.Your details may be displayed in search results, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to improve visibility and generate bookings. We will not sell or misuse your information beyond our marketing and booking operations.

5. Vendor Responsibilities Vehicle Breakdown Responsibility In the event of a vehicle breakdown, either before the trip begins or during the journey, the Vendor is fully responsible for ensuring service continuity.The Vendor must immediately arrange for a replacement vehicle of the same category and equivalent quality at no additional cost to the customer or Devsthan Expert.The replacement vehicle must reach the pickup or breakdown location promptly to avoid delays and inconvenience.Any failure to provide a replacement in time may lead to penalties, refund obligations, or suspension of vendor privileges.Vendors listed with Devsthan Expert are expected to uphold professionalism, punctuality, and transparency.

Responsibilities include:

5.1 Service Quality and Conduct Maintain all vehicles in excellent mechanical and aesthetic condition.Ensure vehicles are clean, air-conditioned (if applicable), and sanitized before every trip.Provide courteous, professional, and well-trained drivers who communicate clearly with customers.Respond promptly to customer inquiries or booking confirmations.Maintain a polite, non-discriminatory, and respectful environment for all passengers.

5.2 Submission of Driver and Vehicle Details Vendors must share complete driver and vehicle details at least 24 hours before the trip’s scheduled departure.Required details include driver name, contact number, license, ID proof, and vehicle registration details.Drivers must submit a consent letter agreeing to maintain discipline, proper conduct, and adherence to Devsthan Expert’s behavioral policies.Our team may brief or train drivers for improved communication and service standards.Non-compliance may lead to cancellation of the trip, monetary penalties, or temporary suspension of vendor services.

5.3 Expense Coverage in Daily Rent The daily rental rate quoted by the Vendor must include all expenses, such as: Fuel and maintenanceDriver allowancesTaxes, tolls, and parking fees (unless pre-agreed otherwise)No hidden or additional charges may be requested from the customer after booking confirmation.

5.4 Compliance and Cooperation Vendors must comply with all applicable transport, labor, and safety regulations.Any change in vehicle availability, pricing, or service routes must be reported to Devsthan Expert promptly.Vendors must cooperate with audits, quality checks, and customer feedback reviews.

6. Pricing, Payments, and Commission Vendors must ensure all pricing details shared with Devsthan Expert are accurate, transparent, and inclusive of all applicable charges. Every quotation or rate card must clearly mention what is included and excluded, such as fuel, driver allowances, tolls, parking, night charges, and taxes.All prices listed by the Vendor must remain consistent and must not be changed after booking confirmation unless mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.Any commission or platform service fees charged by Devsthan Expert will be discussed and confirmed before the vendor’s listing goes live. These fees may vary depending on service type, region, or promotional arrangements.Vendors will receive payment for completed bookings as per the mutually agreed schedule, typically within the period defined in the vendor agreement. Payments may be subject to deduction of agreed commissions, taxes, or penalties (if applicable) before disbursal.Vendors are required to share official invoices that comply with GST and other taxation laws. The invoice must accurately reflect the fare, commission, and taxes applied.In case of payment disputes, both parties will attempt to resolve them amicably through communication before pursuing any legal action.Devsthan Expert reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments if the vendor fails to deliver agreed services, violates terms, or provides unsatisfactory service.Vendors are encouraged to maintain transparent financial records, follow best accounting practices, and comply with applicable financial regulations.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Disputes All Vendors must provide a clear, written cancellation and refund policy during registration that outlines how cancellations will be handled by both parties. The policy must specify advance notice requirements, refund timelines, and deductions (if any) applicable for late cancellations.If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking without providing a valid reason or sufficient notice, Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to: Impose monetary penalties or withhold pending payments.Suspend or permanently remove the Vendor from the platform in case of repeated offenses.Recover losses incurred by the customer or the Company as a result of such cancellations.In the event of a customer-initiated cancellation, the applicable refund amount will be processed according to the vendor’s stated policy at the time of booking, and the Company’s operational guidelines.If a trip is disrupted due to mechanical breakdowns, delays, or no-show of the driver, the Vendor must take immediate corrective action, such as providing a replacement vehicle or refunding the full booking amount if the issue cannot be resolved promptly.Devsthan Expert will act as a neutral mediator in any dispute between a Vendor and a customer. The Company’s decision, based on the facts and available evidence, shall be considered final and binding for both parties.Refunds to customers will be initiated within a reasonable period after confirmation from the Vendor and in accordance with the Company’s refund protocols.In case of ongoing disputes or financial discrepancies, Devsthan Expert reserves the right to hold or adjust future payments to the Vendor until the matter is resolved.Vendors are encouraged to maintain open communication with customers and our support team to prevent misunderstandings and ensure smooth conflict resolution.

8. Service Quality Monitoring Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. maintains strict quality control standards to ensure a reliable and satisfying travel experience for all customers. The Company continuously monitors vendor performance through various channels, including customer feedback, periodic service audits, and surprise inspections.Vendors are expected to provide vehicles and drivers that meet or exceed the Company’s service standards. This includes maintaining punctuality, professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations at all times.All customer reviews, complaints, and suggestions are carefully evaluated to assess the vendor’s service consistency. Vendors are required to cooperate with Devsthan Expert representatives in addressing any concerns raised during investigations.Repeated negative feedback, consistent late arrivals, unprofessional driver behavior, or poor vehicle condition may result in one or more of the following actions: Written warning or service improvement notice.Temporary suspension from new bookings until issues are resolved.Permanent delisting or termination from the Devsthan Expert platform.Vendors must respond to complaints within 24 hours of receiving notification and take corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Failure to respond or implement solutions may affect vendor ratings and payment schedules.The Company may conduct periodic training programs or provide performance improvement feedback to vendors. Participation in these initiatives is encouraged to enhance service quality.Devsthan Expert reserves the right to adjust search visibility, rankings, or promotional placements for vendors based on quality scores, reliability, and feedback ratings.Vendors that consistently maintain excellent service standards may receive preferred partner status or priority listings as part of Devsthan Expert’s recognition program.

9. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property related to the Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, website design, text, layout, and digital content — remains the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited.Vendors may not use Devsthan Expert’s name, logo, or promotional content for advertising their services outside of the platform without prior written consent.Any content (such as vehicle photos, driver details, service descriptions, or promotional materials) submitted by vendors remains their property; however, by submitting such materials, vendors grant Devsthan Expert a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, or adapt the content for marketing, listing, and operational purposes.Vendors are responsible for ensuring that any media, photos, or text they upload do not violate copyright, intellectual property, or privacy rights of third parties. If any such infringement is reported, the vendor assumes full responsibility for resolution and associated costs.Devsthan Expert may remove or edit any content found to be in violation of legal or ethical guidelines, without prior notice to the vendor.

10. Limitation of Liability Devsthan Expert Travel Pvt. Ltd. operates solely as an intermediary platform that connects travelers with transport vendors. The Company does not own, manage, or directly operate any vehicles or transport services listed by vendors.The Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience resulting from: Mechanical breakdowns, accidents, or negligence by the vendor or their drivers.Cancellation or non-performance of services by vendors.Acts of God, weather disruptions, strikes, or government restrictions beyond the Company’s control.Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that their drivers, vehicles, and services comply with applicable legal and safety regulations.Devsthan Expert’s liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount of commission or service fee earned from the booking in question. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as loss of business, goodwill, or revenue.Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devsthan Expert, its employees, and partners from any claims, legal actions, or damages arising out of the vendor’s operations, negligence, or failure to meet obligations under these Terms.. Limitation of Liability Devsthan Expert serves only as an intermediary between customers and transport vendors.We are not responsible for accidents, delays, or losses arising during a vendor-provided trip.Vendors are fully responsible for their drivers, vehicles, and service execution.Devsthan Expert shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy and Data Protection All vendor data is handled as per our Privacy Policy.Personal and business information is used strictly for verification, marketing, and operational purposes.Vendors can request data correction or deletion by contacting our support team.

Listings will be removed within seven (7) business days.
